Reverend Bill Wozney was a devoted pastor whose life reflected a deep love for Christ and a lifelong commitment to making Him known. Born in eastern Saskatchewan in 1950, he faithfully served for more than five decades in ministry across Halifax, Atlantic Canada, and beyond, alongside his wife, Cindy. His pastoral journey began in youth and children’s ministry and grew into decades of leadership, church planting, and community impact, including his service as Senior Pastor at Faith City Church from 2021, where he ministered with special care for seniors while continuing to bless the whole congregation. Known for his warmth, joy, and heart for unity, Bill’s life was marked by faithful service, care for people, and a desire to see others encounter the love of Christ. He passed away on May 17, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire generations to follow Jesus and live with open hearts toward others.
